CIGS is the Scottish branch of the CILIP Cataloguing and Indexing Group.

CIGS maintains a jiscmail email discussion list, lis-ukbibs, which focuses on the cataloguing of electronic information resources and other topics of interest to members. Membership of the discussion list is open; you do not have to be a member of CIGS to join. The lis-ukbibs web pages contain instructions on joining, and an archive of list messages.
