Youth Libraries Group

The Youth Libraries Group Scotland (YLGS) is the Scottish division of the YLG, a special interest group of CILIP. Members are drawn from library and information professionals across Scotland who are involved with, or interested in, library services for children and young people.

    NEW TECHNOLOGIES FOR LIBRARIES

    Due to the success of the New Technologies event last year, Youth Libraries Group Scotland are offering another amazing opportunity to learn about new technologies that you can use in your school or public library.

    The sessions are:

    Minecraft in public libraries (Gavin Johnstone, Falkirk Community Trust)

    Coding Clubs (Martin Goodfellow, Glasgow Life)

    Digital Toy Box (David Hayden and Matt Ferguson, Edinburgh City)

    As with all YLG events, excellent refreshments will be available.

    Tickets are £8 for YLG members and £10 for non-YLG members. Cash payments on the day or by invoice.
