Taylor High School’s librarian, Anna Leslie, has been busy collating recipes from the school’s community along with a teaching colleague.

Taylor High’s Lockdown Cookbook is an online cookbook made up of home recipes submitted by teachers and pupils of the school. It is full of wonderful and delicious ideas for starters, mains, sides, and sweet treats to help get everyone through lockdown.

We love this innovative idea – it really helps show the wide variety of ways in which librarians contribute to school life.

Anna said the cookbook:

“highlights how the librarian is engaging staff and pupils and bringing the school community together”

Thanks to Anna for sharing the cookbook with us as part of Librarians During Lockdown – we hope that others will find it inspiring.
