The AGM of the Chartered Institute of Library and Information Professionals in Scotland will be held online on Tuesday 6th May 2-3.30pm. This will be a free event held online so as many members as possible can join us. Please register by clicking here or above.
This event will include presentations from Professor and Chair of Human Geography at the University of Edinburgh & Save Aberdeen Libraries Campaigner Hayden Lorimer on ‘In This Here Place: Matters of Local and Global Interest in a Public Library‘ and CILIPS Trustee & University of Glasgow Lecturer in Information Studies Dr Michelle Craig on Rare Book Libraries.
In accordance with the CILIPS SCIO Constitution, associated Rules and Regulations and Bye Laws of CILIP, all persons resident or employed in Scotland who are members are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM.
