CILIP appoints Sam Harris as Interim CEO

Sam Harris (she/her) joins CILIP as Interim CEO from 3rd September 2026.
An interim leader and organisational development specialist, Sam works with membership bodies and charities through periods of significant change, and comes to CILIP from two Interim CEO assignments driving the development of the new strategic plan. Before that she spent nearly ten years at NUS Charity, a UK-wide membership body serving more than 400 students’ unions across the four nations, latterly as Deputy CEO with responsibility for strategy, membership engagement and development services.
