The 2026 CILIPS Annual Conference will take place at the Dundee Apex Hotel on Monday 1st and Tuesday 2nd June. If your organisation would like to join us, becoming part of the largest gathering of library and information professionals in Scotland, please complete our booking form. Every exhibitor spot includes:
- Exhibition space with chairs, power, and high speed internet access (All breaks and coffee are served in the exhibition room)
- Attendance of company representatives including at lunch, for refreshments and all sessions
- A place at the delegates’ conference dinner
- Your organisational logo and company description published in our online event programme, circulated to all delegates

- Exhibition space with two delegates – £1699 plus VAT
- Exhibition space with one delegate – £1399 plus VAT
- Exhibition space (Not for Profit) with two delegates – £899 plus VAT
- Additional delegate with exhibition space – £375 plus VAT
