#WINspiration Conference – Call for Contributions
As library communities across Scotland celebrate International Women’s Day 2023, we have extra exciting news to share… the first-ever #WINspiration conference will be taking place this time next year!
On Friday 8th March 2024, International Women’s Day, please join us for the inaugural #WINspiration conference where we will gather together online to share insights and inspiration from libraries across every area of our sector, learning more about the myriad of ways in which they are championing women’s equality.
Have an idea for a piece of work or case study you’d like to share? Our Call for Contributions is currently open and we are welcoming submissions from library professionals at every stage of their careers.
Please familiarize yourself with the story of #WINspiration so far, then submit your suggestion via this form before 5pm on Friday 7th July including:
- A summary of your proposed session
- Why you think it fits within #WINspiration
- Whether you would prefer to present AM or PM on Friday 8th March 2024
We will endeavour to include as wide and diverse a range of sessions as possible, and we will contact everyone by Friday 28th July to let them know the outcome of their submissions.
