Professional Registration is the single best step you can take in commitment to your career as a library, information or knowledge professional, yet we understand that finding the time to compile your portfolio and undertake that vital critical reflection isn’t always easy. So why not join the CILIP Scotland team for this friendly and informal online afternoon from 2-3.30pm on Thursday 30th May, which offers the opportunity for you to connect with fellow candidates and take a precious golden hour of portfolio work?

After optional introductions and intention setting, we’ll spend an hour working individually on our portfolios, cameras and microphones off, before coming back together to reflect on what we have achieved. And if questions crop up during the process? CILIPS staff will be on hand to chat things through and share their personal experiences in a breakout room, or to signpost you to support like our wonderful Professional Registration Support Officers.
